Competitive Trade Discounted Pricing Structure
Enabling you to maximise your margins

Rapid Response Times
Quotes are turned around in 24 hours so your customer can swiftly make an informed decision as to whether they want to go ahead with a job. If you need a quicker response, just let us know and we will try to honour it. Verbal quotations will be followed by confirmation in writing, usually by e mail.
Confidentiality
We will not discuss your business with anyone else so your competitors will not get an advantage.
Invisibility

We deliver for Brokers using plain Delivery and Consignment Notes or your Own Labels and documentation.  Unless instructed otherwise, we will never be in direct contact with your customer.  We simply don’t exist.  If you require your goods to be packed/boxed in a particular set quantity, or in a certain way (e.g. shrink wrapped in bundles), please let us know at the outset.  Because our service is so personal, many deliveries are made by our own staff, in non-liveried vehicles.  However, to ensure that we can get your goods to you or your customer in reasonable time, we use same and next day carriers, all of whom have proved that their reliability and service levels are consistently high.
Integrity and trust
We will give you peace of mind.  We only require a minimal involvement with Brokers so you can focus on what you are good at – selling.
Impartial, free advice & Support
We are happy to share our experience and discuss technical issues with you.  Moreover, our directors are available after hours so you don’t need to wait to get an answer to that important question on that vital contract.
Flexibility

Kingate aims to be as accommodating of your needs as possible and every trade customer is treated as an individual, with our operating systems attuned to best fit your requirements. For example, Trade customers may prefer to supply their own paper –  although we reserve the right to reject inferior substrates that  may compromise production schedules or quality.
Accurate Record Keeping

We maintain an accurate history of past orders (with sample copies) so you can easily make a repeat order with us. Our detailed customer purchasing history saves you administrative time and enables us to help you manage your annual spend, ensuring that we devise the best possible production methods to maximise your return on investment.
Quality
We care about your job as much as you do and undertake quality control checks at all stages of the proofing and production process.
Keeping our word

We usually deliver the finished job five working days after proof approval so you get delivery of your literature quickly.  There’s no waiting for batches.  However, where an earlier delivery date is critical, we will do our very best to achieve this. Many digital jobs can be turned round within 24 hours or even the same day. We are not in the habit of taking on work that is time sensitive if we are not confident that, barring the unforeseen, we can complete fully in the given time-scale.
Problem solving

Where there is a will (and we have the will) there is a way… we pride ourselves on finding a way to get your job done when other printers are not interested.  We are human and make the odd mistake.  However, it is our policy to correct mistakes, whatever the cause, quickly and effectively.  So, if ever a problem arises we will tell you as soon as possible and offer you a choice of solutions.
