Because every Customer is treated as an individual there is no need to fear waiting to be scheduled as part of a batch production when you choose Kingate
- Litho Work - Normally despatched within 5 working days from proof approval or finished artwork supplied.
- Digital print - Normally despatched within 48 hours of proof approval.
- Small Digital Jobs can often be despatched same day – please ring to check machine availability.
- Prior booking of machine time can often reduce standard production times.
- Long runs and/or complicated jobs may take longer, especially if they involve a considerable amount of hand finishing.
- By offer a 24 hour digital, Emergency Turnaround Service so you can rely on us to help you out if you run out of stock
- Please ask for an estimated delivery date with your enquiry, if relevant.

Delivery
Relax! We will go the extra mile to get the job to you urgently. We can deliver nationally the next day. Since there are no delays in getting the finished job, you can get your message out as soon as possible.
Delivery is:-
- Following final quality control check.
- Included in your quotation unless otherwise stated. (Based on normal despatch for next day delivery by 4pm).
- By Collection, Next Day or Same Day Carrier (National). Using trusted, reliable suppliers
- Often made by our own staff because our service is so personal.
- Timed; Pre 10 am; Pre Noon or Pre 4pm (Different rates apply) International Delivery available by separate quotation.
- We offer a 24 hour digital, emergency turnaround service so you can rely on us to help you out if you run out of stock.
- Next day/often same day proof of delivery immediately available.
Specific Packaging requirements
- If you require your goods to be packed/boxed in a particular set quantity, or in a certain way e.g. shrink wrapped in bundles, please let us know at the outset.
- All packages are labelled to show a brief description of contents plus any relevant order number, stock code or numbering sequences.
- Business cards are despatched in protective clear boxes, each containing 125 cards, to help keep them clean and smart until required
